i would like to return my mac air
because i dont know how to use it and is not being used

If you bought your Mac from Apple, themselves, you would generally have 14 days in which to return it for any reason. After that, "I don't know how to use it and it is not being used" would not be accepted as a basis for a return.
If you bought it from someone else, check with them as to their return policies.
You might want to consider trying to learn how to use the machine.
