I’m trying to set up a debit card on an iPhone 11. I go to Wallet, add card and get sent to settings. Once there, it says to set up face ID & passcode.
When I click on the Set up, nothing happens.
I have a parental control app on the phone, would that interfere with the process?

Does the iPhone have a passcode to unlock it?
You can try setting up Face ID and passcode separately, and then try to set up Wallet.
There should be a separate tab in settings called "Face ID & Passcode". This may also help: Set up Face ID on iPhone - Apple Support. Hope this helps!
Yes, if you’re using a managed device, it can restrict Apple Wallet, Apple Pay and other secure services.
You need to confirm the child’s age sometimes, especially if the Apple Account was setup before turning 13. If you’ve already confirmed, fine.
Have you followed the steps in the Apple Support article I linked below? Have you called Apple Support and confirmed the age of the child on his Apple Account (formerly Apple ID)?

What country are you in and how old is the child?
The child is mine so I know the age is correct, why would I need to confirm his age when I entered the date of birth? We are in the US, he is 14. We already have family sharing set up. The articles did not address my issue.
The pass code and Face ID are not an option, there’s not a listing for them in Settings.
I am the parent/guardian. Will I have to remove the parental control app just so my child can have access to the wallet, etc.?
I have also send the issue to the app’s help desk.
