Prime No longer Works on My Apple TV

Question

Just over the last 2 days, the Amazon Prime App gets to the login screen, but I can't select my user - or anything else.

Any ideas? I tried corrections mentioned in an earlier post, but they weren't applicable to my situation.

did you try to pull the plug on the appletv box and the wifi router and have them start up again and reattempt to use the amazon prime app?

if so then if it was me then I would reach out to amazon about issues with their app
