my iPhone is unrecognizing Instagram mobile app. I’m unable to refresh my Instagram page. It only shows black screen screens. As when I’m trying to refresh it, it keeps showing a shadow of a white buffering as if it’s trying to go onto the next page, but doesn’t. I’m seeking IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE.

You do realize this is a user to user ONLY forum, NOT Apple Support. Shouting you expect immediate assistance, isn't the way to go if you want help from your fellow users.
I just opened the Instagram App on my iPhone running iOS 18.3.2, without any issue.
Just appears to be another bug introduced by Meta. All you can do is make sure you have the latest update for the app, or possibly delete and redownload it. If it was a device related problem it would just be the lack of an internet connection that would be required to load the pages. For any problems with the app that is not resolved by redownloading and verifying internet connectivity, you will need to contact Meta for support.
Instagram is not an Apple product. Consult Instagram support at https://help.instagram.com/
Yea I’m having no luck at all. I’ve downloaded the Instagram app after deleting it for 4 or 5times soo rhis ridiculous..
