Steps to remove Apple ID and Activation Lock after acceptance
Recently I have been having problems where my Apple ID and Icloud has been locked and disabled.
I have contacted apple before, and each time they tell me this is an issue where I would need to go through a removal of the activation lock.
I submitted the request yesterday with all the required information, and today I received the email saying I was accepted to do so.
They told me to follow some steps, however when following them it did not seem to work.

- I found it odd that I couldn't find anything saying this had to do with removing activation lock.
- When using the apple devices app and doing the button presses to connect my phone it didn't work.
What are the steps to remove activation lock once I have been accepted?
