Can’t delete a AT&T eSIM plan I never asked for

Firstly, not sure why I can’t reply to posts below Apple!!

I have the same problem as Lex - have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I keep getting notifications to install an AT&T eSIM plan I never asked for! I’m in Australia! I was on the phone to AT&T for hours and they said they have no accounts associated with my IMEI or phone no. - so they can’t help! I’m thinking only option is a Factory reset…
