iPhone 14 Plus glitches after iOS 18.0 update

Several contact imagen now don’t match with contact ñames; cell phone freezes, shuts off by itself. Has restrictivo me from seeing some websites, cellphone almost aletas on night mode (black backgound) and does not allow me to switch it to daytime mode. Replies to some of my sea eches seme to come from people manipulating my account. Someone has been ordering celulares on my family account every month and the company I am with teles me these are ordered by phone. Cant get them to put a sitio to this.

A1. Contact Apple Support:

Give Apple Support a call, and tell them that his has occurred since the last update. Ask them if you need to set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your Local Apple Store. Go here: Contact Apple Support

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.

To Provide Feedback:

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all started after installing the latest update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

A2. Are these transactions unexpected? Or are you saying someone from work is ordering these, on your behalf? If is suspicion, secure your account.

Secure your Account:

A. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all device are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

B. Modify your Credentials:

Seeing suspicious actions on your account, someone likely has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

C. Contact Apple Support:

Being that you think your account has been hacked, perform the above, and contact Apple Support, ASAP. They'll run you through the fix.
