Starting up MacBook Pro but going into macOS utility

My MacBook Pro keeps going back to the macOS utility and I cant change it

while you are in there, launch Disk Utility.

From the tiny "view" menu, choose Show all devices.

Select each item in turn and Repair/FirstAid -- the Volumes, the Container(s), and the physical device.


if it all comes clean, try to start up normally again.

if not, ¿What is the date of your most recent BACKUP, and by what method?
