I had lost my phone so I put it in lost mode but when I had found it I turned it off but after doing so I couldn't unlock my phone after putting in my password instead a message popped up on the screen stating face id is required to confirm your identity and exit lost mode but my face id wont recognize me and I don't know what to do.
by the way it's an Iphone 13
