You can’t just clear the new terms and conditions, you must actually agree to it. Scroll down and Agree should be at the end. If you are getting a message saying “Cannot Complete Action”, you must update your device to the latest iOS software. From what I can see, your iPad in your tagline is still on iOS 16, so there’s the culprit.
