Capcut not loading fonts, videos, and templates on iPad after iPadOS update

My IPad is working perfectly and is connected to WiFi. There is not any issue with applications that need connection to Internet like "Safari, Google, etc.

Since Update of IOS from older version in to the last 2 or 3 Version, I tried using Capcut again after a while and get the issue with data load on CapCut. for instance

1-The tempalte are not showing by start of Capcut on Tempalte Tab

2- The fonts are not able to be downloaded with the message " No connection to internet try again"

3- The videos are not loaded on the Capcut with the message Not internet connection connect to internet and try again.

That is odd. Is there a forum someplace for Capcut users? It may be hard to find anyone here who is familiar with this app.
