Is there a way to set a biphasic sleep schedule?
I’m on night shift and do biphasic sleep (two long naps instead of one sleep period, generally from 8am-11am/12pm and again from 6pm-10pm) but haven’t found a workaround for the sleep schedule in the Health app. I know it’ll let you set up different schedules as long as the days don’t overlap but it only lets me set up one of my “naps” for the day, not both.
