i want to install apps on my ios 6 device but every time i open the appstore a pop up says cannot connect to iTunes Store
iPhone 4s isnt the ios 6 device but i have to select it but it is not about iPhone 4s

You can't connect an iPod Touch 4 to the App Store. Support was discontinued quite some time ago for security reasons. Even if you could, there are essentially no apps left that will run on iOS 6.

Your iPhone 4S can be updated to iOS 9.3.6. That's the first thing I'd suggest you do.
