Weird notification linked to unknown email

I received an odd (system) notification on my iPhone saying that it was linked to an email (a****@yahoo.com). I do not recognize this email and know no one else with a yahoo account that I'm connected with. When I looked at my devices, nothing looks unusual on iCloud or anything. Has anyone else had this happen? Does this mean someone may be logged into my device without me knowing about it?

I already reset my password and my email accounts on my phone seem normal.

Hacking of my personal email Is it possible that someone has hacked my personal email account, to send me phishing emails from me, to me, without Apple noticing? The first time it happened last week I changed my password and set up 2 authentication system for logging in. It's happened again, today, with a different email message (this one basically saying give me money in exchange for not sharing personal details with the dark web) but I've had no notification of dodgy device sign in. How can this be?!

Security alert on email from a recent login to gmail when I signed in to my gmail email today , google emailed me a security warning asking me if I recently signed in on a Mac device . I did not know if an iPad is considered to also be associated with a Mac , is it possible someone has access to my Apple ID and device info linked to my iPad ?
