You should call Apple Support and request they examine your device. It will require you sending the device to their authorized repair center and being without your iPhone for several weeks.

Your issue is not related to your screen protector, dust on sensor or lens flare. Flare is an optical phenomenon and would not be present in every image.

The size and irregular shape indicates damage to multiple pixels on the sensor. Defective pixels do not go bad in a repeatable pattern.

The likely cause is exposure to extremely bright light sources such as a laser. The repeatable pattern is caused by the light source flashing off and on. The size change is caused by the light source, your camera or both, moving at an angle to the source.

Does this light pixels (Purple) appear on every photo on the same spot same size?

If yes, change the screen protection on your device.

If no, read the Wiki article below. If yes then clean your camera surface and if that does not resolve the issue then Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Lens flare refers to a phenomenon wherein light is scattered or flared in a lens system, often in response to a bright light, producing a sometimes undesirable artifact within the image. This happens through light scattered by the imaging mechanism itself, for example through internal reflection and scattering from material imperfections in the lens. Lenses with large numbers of elements such as zooms tend to exhibit greater lens flare, as they contain a relatively large number of interfaces at which internal scattering may occur. These mechanisms differ from the focused image generation mechanism, which depends on rays from the refraction of light from the subject itself.
