I set the wallpaper photo and blur off . All is well with the picture and widgets on it but when I swipe 3 rd time to right with no widgets and just a picture the picture is blurry..If I swipe left picture is fine and if I swipe left again picture is fine. Is there a fix for that?

When swiping right on your iPhone without widgets, the wallpaper might appear blurry because iOS defaults to a blurred version of the lock screen wallpaper for the home screen background, designed to enhance icon visibility. You can disable this blur effect in the "Wallpaper" settings.
Here's how to fix it:
I have Blur off. it I swipe completely to the right with no widgets I have the picture but its blurred..Perhaps it's meant to be that way ?If I swipe once left I have a clear pic with my widgets then if I swipe left again clear pic with more widgets if I swipe left again clear pic with widgets then when I swipe left again I get the app library and picture is blurred( thats not a big deal to me the App Library which I never use anyhow) its the above sentence with total blur if swipe totally left with nothing else on screen.....But my blurry pic.. Maybe its meant to be that way...
