How do I prevent iMessage from turning off automatically on my iPhone 14 Pro?

I don't know if I'll get an answer or a solution here, but I'll try.

I have an iPhone 14 Pro with two numbers that have internet, but for one phone number it's transferred.

After the 18.3.2 and 18.4 update, the iPhone turns off iMessage from the main number to which the internet is transferred every day and asks if I want to continue using it.

I'm still waiting for a response from the network operator, but maybe one of you knows how to permanently turn on iMessage and so that it doesn't turn it off by itself.
