How do I get Siri to change the voice it recognizes?

For example, I need Siri to respond to my voice instead of my brothers, as he no longer uses this. It’s an iPhone 16.

The iPhone does not have any Voice Recognition capabilities. That feature is available on the HomePod to access personal information to identify the owner, but on the iPhone it would need to be unlocked with FaceID or Passcode and that would identify the owner.

The set up process for Siri is just to help with false activations of the Siri command, it is not to recognize the voice of the user.
