which is very annoying. Now i don’t know will they repair or replace it it under warranty

Bad components in iPhone 12 Pro speaker Apple refuses to repair or replace their bad components in my iPhone 12 Pro . My speaker has no sound this is a known issue within a certain manufacturing date which my phone is in that range . But due to their policy it failed a few months too late to qualify for repair or replacement. I was an Apple person and loved their products but at current thinking hard on changing and giving Samsung an opportunity to win me over . I called apple support but no one will take accountability for their known faulty components. So sad Apple this is not a good way to treat your loyal customers.

Crackling noise from iPhone 17 Pro Max speakers Crackling noise on iphone 17 pro max I keep experiencing a crackling noise coming from my speakers, I have entered apples diagnostic settings and done an audio test and the crackling noise didn’t happen during that, all apps and phone is up to date but anytime I listen to media (Apple Music, YouTube, instagram, facebook, etc) I keep hearing a crackling sound. I never turn the volume above half way because the speakers on this phone are pretty good speakers and I don’t need it any louder but looking for some support on this, future update to fix this issue? Do I need to schedule an Apple appt to get this looked at?

That would be up to Apple's discretion, no one here in this user to user forum can answer that.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
