Apple account locked hours after subscribing to Apple Music, access request denied. How can I prevent getting charged for my subscription?

As the title says, I'm a new Apple user. Well, was a new Apple user... Last night I decided to move from Spotify to Apple Music for listening on my PC and Android phone, so I registered my first ever Apple account. Verified my email and my phone successfully, subscribed to Apple Music one month trial using my credit card. Downloaded the Windows Apple Music app, starter listening to some music, no issues.

A couple of hours pass, and I already started transferring some playlists from Spotify to AM using one of the dedicated third party services. Except now I can't log into my Apple account anymore, it just says to check the data entered as if I entered a wrong password.

I go to the Apple authorization site and find myself logged out there, and the same is happening when I attempt logging in. I try pressing I forgot my password and get the "your account is locked" message. The only option there is request to unlock, so I do that. In the meantime on the app it stops letting me play any music anymore, so I log out manually and try logging back in. It says "this account is not active".

And that's it, there's no communication from Apple on this through my email or phone, no reasons given, no explanations.

This was yesterday. Today I receive an email saying that my request to access my account has been denied. Wonderful. Once again, no reasons given or any explanations as to why it was locked in the first place or why my request is getting denied. At this point I have no interest in using this service and will keep in mind to avoid anything Apple in the future. My only concern is that my credit card still might keep getting charged for my subscription once the trial period ends. How can I request to cancel it? Or was it cancelled along with my account?

I have no Apple products so I can't contact the support via iMessage and there's no email or live chat provided on the support page. Thanks.

This is the official support forums promoted by Apple themselves, what's the point of it existing if no Apple support members are present here and I all I get is this kind of response from a user of 20 years with 25k replies?..

But as for calling them, yes, after finishing my work today I did. Finding the regional phone number took me some googling and looking on some unaffiliated sites, cause apparently listing their own phone number on their official page which is (was) seemingly my only way to get to communicate with Apple support is too much work. There is only a blue "Call" button present on the Support page for my particular issue, but when I tried pressing it, it redirected me to an error page each time. No phone number listed on that page either. Anyway, I find the number on some other website and call it at 6PM after I finished working. It's the Apple's number alright, but the robot said there nobody's there to take my call cause their offices for my region only work until 5PM, including the support. So if I wanted to talk I would have to find time to call them during my own working hours...

But then I decided to look around on the official Apple Support site for the last time. I already did that last night several times over, but this time I somehow ended up finding a PC livechat button. Woah, it exists after all. Nowhere in my times browsing through the menus and subsections and googling did it say anywhere that a livechat is apparently available lol, and the only mentions of a chat I've seen before that were for the iMessage chat which isn't available to me.

Anyway, after connecting and talking to a support agent in livechat, he told me that he doesn't know why my account was locked and deactivated and since my request has already been denied that re-activating it wouldn't be possible. He told me that my subscription has been automatically cancelled and apparently I won't be charged, and that if I wanted to start using Apple Music again I could create a new account. So that's it, I guess. Thanks.
