iPhone 13 Pro Max not receiving Telegram and WhatsApp notifications or calls

Need help with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Notifications on some apps, such as Telegram and WhatsApp, have stopped coming. Even the calls don't go through. There is an up-to-date version of iOS . Communication calls, SMS, notifications from applications that are scheduled to arrive. But the messengers in the background don't send anything. Resetting all possible settings, reinstalling applications, nothing helps. The notification only comes when you log into the app itself. For example, Telegram downloads the connection when you log in, and only then the push arrives. Where to dig and to whom to run?

These sound like app issues. Have you talked to the support teams at Telegram and WhatsApp? If so, what did they say? Are both apps updated to latest version? WhatsApp has had dozens of updates recently for bug fixes.

Yes, it's called "The Blame Game!" But the fact remains that both apps you've referenced aren't owned by Apple and the onus is on the App Developer to fix any issues with their apps as Apple has no legal right or way to get into the code of any application they don't own.

Application developers refer you to the device manufacturer. The same problem exists in the email client for many years now, and I've come to terms with it.
