How can I connect my non-Apple devices to Movies Anywhere without buying an Apple product?

I would be able to conect my apple account to movies anywhere. please help! me conect my movies to movies anywhere.

Watching downloaded movies from iPad on tv on RV trip without Wi-Fi. I am attempting to watch my downloaded movies from my iPad by connecting through HDMI with adapter that is HDMI to lightening adapter. It will let me see the iPad screen but when it comes to playing a movie it just circles and won’t play. I am leaving for camping trip with the grandgirls and would like to be able to watch downloaded movies with them. I have Vudu/Fandango (Purchased videos), Disney, Max, and Peacock if that helps.

Can purchased movies from iTunes be watched without Wifi? With the increasing costs of streaming services, I'm trying to figure out a secondary way to have movies available without the clutter. If I were to purchase movies from iTunes on my Apple TV, can they be watched without Wifi? My secondary option is to buy physical DVDs, which I'm not against but have a small child in the home that could potentially scratch them. (I'm looking for non-wifi options so that I can decrease the internet bill since it's already over $100 a month in my area)

The Movies Anywhere service would group accounts, not devices.
