How do I fix movies not playing on American Airlines free entertainment with AAinflight on iPhone 13 Pro Max?

I cannot play any movies using the AA app free entertainment with AAinflight. I can hear the adds and I can see a list of the movies, but when I press play nothing happens.

I have the latest iOS 18.4 update on my iPhone. How can this be fixed?

Make sure you have the most recent version of the AA app, that if you have VPN installed on your iPhone that you remove it completely (don’t just turn it off). Beyond that contact AA app support

Thank you! That worked; I was able to see the free entertainment on my air flight on the way home.
