A few days ago my watch (series 6) updated to watch os 11.4.
Since then it has stopped recording resting heart rate and blood oxygen.
It has been recording HR during exercise and I can do a manual blood oxygen recording but it’s not doing them otherwise.
I’ve switched my watch and phone off and on but it’s not helped.
Any suggestions?

Did you try to force restart the watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
If this does not work, unpairing the watch and setting it up as a new device would be the next step:
