How do I resolve a missing subscription after paying through the App Store?

Hello. Today I lost $67, buying a subscription through the Apple Store, the program is called LangAI, immediately after payment on the phone gave a message that the account was not found, but money was withdrawn from my card, which is linked to the Apple account, how can I solve this problem? thanks

Hi,


Check your Purchase History. Go to your Apple ID and check your purchase history to confirm that the transaction went through. You can do this by:


  • Going to Settings on your iPhone.
  • Tapping on your name at the top, then Subscriptions or iTunes & App Store.
  • From there, tap on View Apple ID > Purchase History to check for any charges related to LangAI.


Check Email Confirmation: Look for an email from Apple confirming the subscription. Sometimes, the app might not show up right away, but the email will confirm the payment was successful.


Having the transaction confirmation, I recommend to request a refund directly from Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and report the issue with LangAI.
