iPhone 13 Pro battery draining faster after iOS 18.4 update

I updated my iPhone 13 Pro yesterday evening to iOS 18.4 and afterwards, the battery drain was much higher as compared to iOS 18.3 but still, I felt of it should be a little bit normal, but I was wrong every time when I go to sleep, I turn off the Wi-Fi Bluetooth and mobile data from the settings completely turned off and doing this on iOS 18.3 there was no any idle drain of 1%, but here in iOS 18.4 it gave 8% of idle drain and after waking up and turning on mobile data on battery just dropped by 3% too, and then I decided to force restart and after doing that battery increased by 1%.

Dont know whats happening with the battery, I didnt changed any settings the settings were same as of in IOS 18.3. Please help

Troubleshooting a Draining iPhone Battery After an Update:

What you are reporting is an all-too command reported bug in the forums. Battery drain is common on three forums. Question is... "Just how many people actually reported this to Apple?"

Report this to Apple...

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

Troubleshooting a Draining iPhone Battery:

A. Battery Drain Info:

The iPhone battery will drain, unless it is plugged in and charging. With lots installed, the charge would be slower. As for how fast it would drain the battery, that would depend on the battery health and the volume (sound) you use.

  1. Go Here: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support
  2. Scroll Down: to "Your battery's maximum capacity"

B. Verify the Baterry Health Percentage:

Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery. Unfortunately, these if no way to know how, nor when, then percentage decrease occurred. So see if it tine for a new battery...

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: Battery
  3. Tap: Battery Health
  4. View: [the percentage]
  5. Is it 80% or less?  If so, it is time for a new battery.
