How can I recover missing text in Notes from my iCloud?

I found that one of my notes that have tables and other texts since 2024 and wasn't changed since then, however when I opened today I didn't find any text and there are tables but they are empty, its the first time this happened even though I synchronize my notes on iCloud and there is no other account I sync with like Google or something only iClloud, how can I get history of my notes or check with apple support why my data was changed
