hello got this iphone 15 from karachi pakistan and when i unboxed and activated phone then j found already activated US esim no in phone and that no in working condition with incoming and outgoing calls my no not activating. so any solution?

It appears you purchased a phone which is carrier locked. Only the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock it. We can't help with this. Apple can't help you with this. You should return the phone for refund.

Bummer. You bought a used phone from an unauthorized seller.
Return it and get your money back.
If you can't do that, recycle it and buy a phone you can use from an authorized retailer instead.
