How can I transfer my iTunes playlist to iPhone without syncing?

It isn't difficult. If you don't understand how syncing with itunes work Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support, then say so, there no need to berate something you know nothing about.

You're free to move back to an Android, we user don't care, there is no Apple here.

You don't have to, at all.

You should not have this issue with an iPhone if you know what to do.

They don't. They make things secure. And iPhone has worked this way since 2007.
