As the title suggests, I bought a brand new iphone 16 pro max and the screen came with a scratch. I bought the phone online from JB Hifi aus and had it delivered to my country, it was brand new and when I peeled off the screen cover I discovered it already had a scratch on screen. The phone was handled with care and did not sustain any falls or anything. What can be done about this?

Call the company you purchased the item from and ask what their return policy is. Apple is most countries offers a 14 day return of items.
