Beats Studio Pro Microphone Too Quiet/Extremely Low

I have read multiple discussions of this issue.

The mic volume is extremely low, using Bluetooth/wireless, to the point where people on calls can barely hear me.

I tested the Windows 11 Sound Properties > Microphone > Test your microphone and it consistently shows: “Result: 1% of total volume”

Here’s what I have tried so far:

  • Ensured mic volume is set at 100
  • Ensured the correct mic is selected as default.
  • checked and isnstalled latest windows updates.
  • Tried using the headset with in a different Windows computer (same issue)
  • Verified and tested that the issue only affects the microphone (audio output works fine)
  • Confirmed it is not a physical blockage (there’s no way since it is just a small tiny hole at the bottom of the ear muffs).
  • Microphone only works if connected via USB-C cable. But why?

it is absurd that I have to plug in the headset for the microphone to behave and have 35% total volume. Even 35% is too low for work. Also, it should be wireless/Bluetooth as that’s why I bought them.

It appears to be an issue with either the Headset, Bluetooth or Windows system.

Are there any updates or ways to fix this issue? This is crazy.
