Deleting -photos from iCloud across 2 different apple accounts

I took a lot of photos on my work phone which has my work Apple account and backed them up to iCloud. I’ve copied them across to iCloud on my personal phone and iPad which has my personal Apple account.

I want to delete all the photos off my work phone but I’m concerned I will also lose them on my personal phone and iPad. They are on two different apple accounts. Are the photos on my personal phone safe if I delete them off my work phone?
