MacBook Pro showing green image on Optoma UHD38X Projector

Using a new Optoma UHD38X projector in our office and when I plug in any MacBook Pro (M1 and newer confirmed) the image is green saturated. PC laptops have no issue, iPad connects without issue, iPhones too.

I have tried two separate MacBooks and the issue persists. I'm using brand new, high end HDMI cables, Apple branded HDMI to USB-C adapters. I have plugged in directly to the projector, used both the HDMI connection into my MacBook and the USB-C adapter, issue persists.

At one point I made an adjustment some time back that fixed the issue, but the setting didn't persist, and has reverted back to this. I have no recollection of what I did previously as it was relatively simple and figured it wouldn't continue.

Any ideas what the issue is or have any ideas?

My MacBook specs: 2021, 16”, M1 Max running Sequoia 15.3.2, 64GB

Thank you for the links. I've been going back and forth with the manufacturer support team for weeks to no avail.

I'm happy to say one of the links you posted held the fix buried in the forums!

When the projector "color space" was toggled between settings it resolved for me.

I'm going to let the manufacturer know as well.

Thank you Leroy!
