How do I recover deleted photos and restore WhatsApp status updates on iPhone 14 Pro?

I am using iphone for so long. right now I am having iphone 14pro which is updated till date. In recent days, I am having so many issue with the phone. deleted photos are recovered within 30 days yet after some days it is automatically deleted

I updated my contacts for whatsapp in settings. From that moment, I am not able to see any status updates in WhatsApp of any of my contacts. Tried all possibilities. Kindly anyone guide to rectify the issue
