iPhone crashes when trying to update it

Hey!

I've never seen anyone with an issue like mine, so here's my story:

Basically, I did an update on my Iphone 11 in mid 2024, and it malfunctioned (I don't remember so good, but I think it updated fine and inexplicably got stuck on the Hello screen). Ever since, I have issues with Apple Pay / Wallet notably and my Iphone had a phase when it was crashing all the time (i mean MULTIPLE times a day, it would go black, I couldn't force restart it because it always went back to that Hello screen). I don't really remember what I did to solve that, I think I saved it on my computer with Itunes and retransfered my data completely. Anyway, that's besides my point. Another side effect that I think was caused by the update mishap (well I think that's the cause because my Iphone didn't have ANY sorts of issue before that) is that I can't update my phone with it crashing.

I tried by itself in settings: crashed and had to save it with Itunes, on my computer, with the new Apple Devide computer App: crashed and had to save it with Itunes, with the Itunes App: crashed and had to save it with Itunes. My Iphone won't update without crashing and causing me to believe I've lost all my data. I got use to it and just stopped updating my phone all together. I also save my phone regularly on my computer (and before every update attempt) because I'm scared of it going back to the crashing epidemic.

I wonder if anybody ever faced that issue, if it can get solved? I don't have much hope honestly, but we never know. If anyone wonders how I saved my phone after it crashed during an update: it's luck honestly, luck and the Itunes app. My Iphone is an 11 and currently on IOS 18.3.1, do you think this issue will come back if I upgrade my phone and still get the same Apple ID? I truly just want to be able to update normally.
