TV Provider sign in error JLI-9000

I've been using the TV Provider feature to automatically sign in to my Spectrum TV, History Channel, and Science Channel Go apps.

It has been fine up until a couple weeks ago when it asked me sign in again. I found out that my password needed to be reset for whatever reason. So I reset it via my account on Spectrum's website.

Ever since then I can't sign in to the TV Provider feature under General in the iPadOS settings. I get the error JLI-9000.

I can sign in to the Spectrum TV app and it works fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. When it asked if I want to use the TV Providers feature to automatically sign in all my devices. I choose no and I was able to sign in when prompted.

I just updated to iPadOS 18.4.1 and I still have the problem.

Obviously the Spectrum TV app and the iPadOS TV Providers feature are not using the same way of signing in. Because if they did, it would be working.

This looks like it is an Apple issue because I was able to sign in to the Spectrum TV app. Though without using the TV Providers feature in iPadOS.

Is anyone else having this issue?
