My iPhone not responsive to touch. Had chat with Apple to try to resolve issue. IN the end I have taken it in for repair. Received email from "Ben" at AppleCare Outreach with the correct case number. He wants to call to get further information. Is this for real?

Apple Outreach:
Dis you speak/chat with someone named "Bob"? Apple requests feedback as to how services went, but not always. As for getting back to them, they do followup with that, as well. So, give Apple a call, rather than responding. If it ends up being a scam, forward the eMail as an attachment to reportphishing@apple.com.
