my phone gets heated at the time of chraging, precisely in between 50-70 charging range. Secondly when I use camera after that phone get heated. Lastly if i am speaking on phone for 15-20 mins it starts getting heated. I visited service gallery & did multiple complaints. There is no solution

What you’re experiencing sounds normal. Charging a battery produces heat as a byproduct. Using high resolution still cameras and video cameras produce heat as a byproduct and cellular modems produce heat as a byproduct during extended phone calls.
Apple iPhones have internal mechanisms to protect internal components from damage due to heat. Have you received any onscreen warnings about heat?
Yes, all three things you've described would generate heat. Charging an iPhone causes heat. Speaking on the phone causes heat. Using the camera causes heat. Anytime you push the battery which charging, using the phone or camera, will cause the battery to heat up. So this is normal.
