How to Change City on Weather Diplay On Home Screen

A family member just got a refurbished Iphone13. I'm not an Iphone user so I don't know how to correct certain issues. The phone came with a city in the Home Screen Weather display. I went to Weather button, deleted it and added my city. When I go to Weather button it shows the correct local city and temperatures. But on the Home Screen the weather display still shows the otiginal city and temperature. How do I get the home screen weather display to show the correct city and temperature?
