When I go to the app store to download something or even update something it tells me to sign into the App Store but the have the wrong email on it and I can’t get rid of it I don’t use kandyceb38 any more that’s my old Apple ID and I don’t remember the password to it and the phone number I used it not being used anymore

Delete the app associated with the unavailable Apple Account, and re-download it from the preferred Apple Account.
If the whole device is associated with the unavailable Apple Account, then you’ll need to regain access to the Apple Account via Account Recovery, or present proof of ownership sufficient to convince Apple to release Activation Lock and transfer the device.
