Files greyed out, can’t upload files after update to iOS 18.4.1

I just updated my iOS to 18.4.1 and since then, I have not been able to upload files from the “Files” app to netlify, I have tried it with several other browsers installed on my iPhone but not working, all files of all formats are greyed out. This issue only affects netlify.com as every other sites where I do upload files prior to the iOS update are still working fine, only the netlify and this issue started immediately I updated my iOS. I also uploaded with my MacBook and it was successful but on my iPhone, all files are all greyed out. Please what could be the issue.

Either you have logged out from iCloud Drive on your device or yet to Set up iCloud Drive on your iPhone.

If you had those files on other Cloud Drives (Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc) Then please log into them before you can access those files on Files App.

Ensure that the server that is hosting the Drives is up and active. --> https://downdetector.in/

It's not always the iOS update's fault!  Many things can cause phone problems.  If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.

Remember, the right question often leads to the solution!

Was/Is your device Jailbroken? If that's the situation, please be informed that attributing the issues to iOS updates may not be accurate.

iOS updates aim to enhance user experience, boost security, and fix bugs rather than disrupt core features. The majority of the issues after updates might stem from underlying, unmentioned factors. Updates won't typically alter personal data but may refine settings or features. Backup before major updates for safety. Review Apple's update details and backup advice for a smooth process.

Kindly consider checking your settings and addressing any device issues before attributing the issue to external factors. This could be a pure coincidence that the iOS update affected the iPhone functions.

Before initiating a standard iOS update, it's advisable to create a backup. Have you completed this step? If yes, proceed with the restoration from the backup.

The files are directly saved in files, not iCloud or Google drive and my iPhone isn’t jail broken. Before I updated the iOS 18.4.1, I was able to upload files to app.netlify.com from the files app but immediately after the update installation, all files were greyed out whenever I try to upload to the site app.netlify.com . But I’m able to upload from files app on any other site, just the netlify. I tried on my other iPhone 14 Pro Max running 18.3, I was able to upload files from the files app.
