I have 3 black dots on each side of my screen that won’t go away. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for any help!!

It's an accessibility feature.
Settings>Accessibility>Motion.
Show Vehicle Motion Cues.
If it's turned on, you'll notice the dots move when you're in a moving vehicle. This is designed to give your brain cues to prevent motion sickness when you're in a moving vehicle and staring at your phone in stead of looking up at the horizon.
My wife uses it. Says it works wonders. I'm rarely in a vehicle when I'm not the driver.

Hello!
Please start by force restarting your iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Next, take a screenshot. Do the dots show up on the screenshot? If they do, post the screenshot here. If they don’t, take the device to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) to discuss service options:
Have a great day!
"I guess that answers your question. They’re not on the pic. once I uploaded here. But looking from my phone they’re still here. 4 on each side, not 3….."

Thank you or the screenshots.
Get this Serviced:
This is a Hardware Issue:
Being it is not seen in the screenshots, it is a hardware issue, and nothing of the GUI (iOS software). With more dots, it seems to be expanding. So, get your iPhone serviced.
Making an Apple Store Appointment:
Set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be diagnosed, and you'll be provided with your options. IMPORTANT: Be certain to bring along a proof of purchase (i.e. sale receipt or original packaging) and the iPhone, itself.
Take this to an AASP:
See an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) in your local area...

Thank you, I also noticed there are 4 on each side & not 3??
Thanks for the screenshots. Since the dots don’t show up on them, this is likely an issue with the screen itself. Have the device checked out. You can find links to do so in the first reply.
If it’s not too much to ask, could you take a picture of your screen with a different device and post it here? I’d like to make sure it’s not just some feature you’ve accidentally activated.

Provide a Screenshot:
What happens when you take a screenshot? Do you see these? Reply back with a screenshot of what you are seeing. IMPORTANT: Block out any personal info (i.e. time and names) by covering it with red-colored rectangles and such through use of the Photos app. Go here: Take a Screenshot on iPhone - Apple Support
It seems that those dots you are referring to are known as Vehicle Motion Cues.

Good luck! 👋🏼😉
It looks like the image below. Please note the four white dots on each side. The screenshot is, well, the screenshot. But the image displays the motion sickness dots.
The Accessibility (Motion Sickness) dots are white. A screen issue almost always appears black or dark, such as dark blue, dark red or dark purple.
When I was much younger I was prone to car sickness. I attended Cleveland State my first two years of college and “cured” myself by riding the Rapid Transit facing backwards from Brookpark Station to Terminal Tower and walked to campus 22 blocks. Not fun in winter. 😢 But I did overcome my car sickness.

Ok, that’s a good idea, knowing myself, LOL!!
As I thought! Never seen this feature, quite interesting. I wonder if it really works for motion sickness.
Hello~ Your wife is correct and it does work wonders.

Thanks Jeff. I actually did turn it on in my settings and experimented a little with it. Pretty cool! But on my screen the dots were black. I guess it depends on dominant screen color. Thanks again!
