Date wheel shows incorrect year on my iPhone 15

On my new iPhone 15, When I select 1991 on the date “wheel” the highlighted date it indicates right above it is 1992…

When I select 1992 on the date “wheel” the highlighted date it indicates right above it is 1991…

how do I fix this??
