Now my iPhone was unavailable because my baby typed in wrong password.But I still remember my password.How can I get it to open again because it contains photos of me from the past 10years.Please help me because there are important memories for me. Using the same iTunes account on iPhone and iPad.

There are two conditions. Unavailable or Disabled after entering the wrong passcode too many times. If Unavailable, see this --> If you see a iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support
But if the phone is saying disabled, you have no choice other than to fully erase the phone using a computer by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Any data which was not already backed up or synced with iCloud will be lost. Backups must be done before something goes wrong.
