I have a new iwatch 10 and my iphone is a 12. For some time now I no longer receive notifications from whatsapp, signal, telegram and messages on my iwatch while I always had that. all my settings are correct I think because I just receive messages on my iwatch 10 from other apps.

Did you make sure that in the Watch App on your iPhone, in Notifications -> Mirror iPhone Alerts From -> WhatsApp, Signal and the other 3rd party apps are enabled?
Also force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch.

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Two more things to try:
To rule out a WhatsApp issue, make sure to have a current WhatsApp backup, then delete the app and install it again.
Or, restore your iPhone to factory settings, which might be a little more complicated and time consuming.

In case all other message apps are working again, this might also be related to the latest WhatsApp update.

Thank you. Forced restart worked for 1 Whattsapp message. After that, without changing anything, it stopped again. Even on my iPhone it stopped 🫣.
My Ultra 2, watchOS 11.4, is paired to an iPhone 12mini, iOS 18.4.1, WhatsApp 2.25.13.77
Notifications for WhatsApp and iMessage and SMS are working.
