update 18.4.1 Placement of the ellipse dots (. . .) to shift from category to list is maddening. Can I remove the ellipse or move it. stupid placement

Numbers customize toolbar option not appearing on iPad iPad os 26.2.1 Numbers 15.1 I have tried to customise the toolbar. I press the 3 dots on top right of screen. The customise toolbar option does not appear. Forced closure of Numbers app. Rebooted iPad. Problem still exists. Is it just me?!
