Why does my iPhone 16 Pro reboots randomly?
Hello everyone!
Can someone help me to figure out what the problem is?
I have an iPhone 16 Pro. It randomly reboots to the Apple logo with a panic-full log.
The phone reboots on its own from time to time, it could be every day/week/month. Under moderate load, or even just lying on the table in a locked state. I've gone through all possible solutions.
I contacted warranty service - the official service couldn't find the issue. I provided them with logs (I’ve accumulated at least ten of them), but they didn’t even bother reading them.
I’ve tried benchmarks, tests, and just replicating the conditions under which the device reboots - nothing works.
The Mobile Resource Inspector test passes, although a couple of times it did reboot in diagnostic mode when selecting the wi-fi network, but there were no logs.
I want to identify the nature of the error so I can at least replicate these reboots with some success. That way I can go to the service with a detailed description, and even record a video.
