PIXLY app doesn’t work and they will not refund me

I downloaded PIXLY app and it never worked so I tried to cancel my subscription and neither PIXLY nor APPLE will refund me. What do I do besides disputing the charge on my credit card? It is a scam.

Please refund me. Scam I downloaded the Beauplus app to try it out and forgot to delete it before the trial period. Then on the morning of September 1, 2024, Apple deducted my 1-year subscription fee without any prior notice. I have not confirmed it, so why did they deduct my money without asking me? I have never used the app after being deducted. But when I requested a refund, Apple did not accept it. I did not intend to buy the app and was unfairly deducted. Why did they not accept it? Please give me a specific explanation. Don't scam my money. Return my money. I have no need to use this app [Edited by Moderator]

BetterMe app is a scam I took a ‘free’ trial in Oct24. And subsequently cancelled after 2 weeks. BetterMe have just been taking $51 a month since then. The BetterMe app shows it as cancelled. My Apple Pay acc shows No subscription, and records it as a free trial in Oct24. . BetterMe are billing me Directly!!!!! There is no response from customer service. what can I do now ?? ive contacted App Store support. And BetterMe many times !!

There is nothing that you can do. Your subscription remains valid until the end of the renewal period.

I have the same issue. Very upset!! Thinking of disputing the charges on my credit card.
