Fitness App not tracking my steps (No apple watch)

My Apple Fitness App is not tracking my steps, and hasn't since April 28. I don't have an Apple Watch, and all the other comments haven't worked. I have an iPhone X. I have restrictions on my device and can't access the App Store or the Health app. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Without knowing what the other things you've tried, it's likely that people will tell you things you've already tried.

What sort of restrictions do you have on the phone? If the restrictions prevent you from accessing the Health app, that could be a problem.

Are you able to check Settings>Privacy & Security>Motion & Fitness? If so, make sure that Fitness Tracking is enabled and that it's turned on for Health and any other apps you may be using for step tracking.
