iPhone and Apple Watch Activity app not tracking fitness

I was trying to find answer to the situation where my iPhone and watch Activity App wasn’t tracking my fitness activity. It took 2 days to figure this out but after resetting/disconnecting my Cellular and WiFi data it got fixed it and all is good now.

Actually that helped only temporarily as my Fitness App wasn’t working next day again.

In the end I solved the problem by removing Apple Fitness App from my watch then reinstalling it through Apple’s Watch App Store.

Interestingly, all data from previous 3 days that App wasn’t working were preserved.

Yes, some users in this community reported as well, that only erasing and pairing the watch again solved the issue of syncing Activity data from the Apple Watch to the iPhone.
